This type of ownership has typically been part of the “old” economy but with Funny Till U Die’s innovative programs and Micro Brand strategies together with the use of Web3 technologies and Artificial Intelligence (“AI”), almost anyone can be a Micro Brand owner through our Dynamic NFTs (dNFTs), Digital Character Packs and Project Tokens programs.

In almost all online games, players spend time, money and effort building their in-game characters, only to see that the game’s user agreements prohibit the transfer of characters, items and accounts.  We believe that this is unfair and outdated.

Our Web3 Micro Brand program democratizes the ownership of player characters, items and more, enabling those who build, spend, quest, fight, task, and toil when building their in-game characters to benefit from their efforts.

It is anticipated that for each Micro Brand that FTUD creates, licenses and / or manages, it will issue both Project Tokens and DCP dNFT tokens (see below). Project tokens are utility tokens for Micro Brands, which can be earned through our gamification programs and then used to purchase in-game, leaderboard multipliers, staking for front of the queue exclusive access, and more. Project tokens can also be used to purchase add-ons and accessories for DCPs and are part of the gamified ranking programs.

Funny Till U Die Micro Brand programs create opportunities to issue 2 types of tokenization; a utility, or Project Token dedicated to the overall Micro Brand project, AND a second token for each of the elements or characters within the Micro Brand called a Digital Character Pack (“DCP”) dNFT. Project Tokens drive value for users within our ecosystem, and Digital Character Packs (“DCP”) are exclusive intellectual properties that center around micro branding programs. While we continue to explore a range of blockchain options, we are currently looking closely at TON.

It is anticipated that for each Micro Brand that FTUD creates, licenses and / or manages, it will issue both Project Tokens and DCP dNFT tokens (see below). With the purchase of each DCP, which are available as a dNFTs, with one (1) dNFT for each playable and upgradable Micro Brand Character, DCP owners will be automatically enrolled in a Commercial Business Agreement with FTUD, as described in the link at the bottom of the website, and DCP owners will be entitled to compensation of a portion of the Gross Margin generated from any revenue-based programs using their DCP. DCP’s can be transferred like any other token at the sole discretion of the owner.

Each DCP dNFT token will represent a playable and upgradable Character with a specific playing rank. These ranks can be increased to the highest level through various games, activities and accessories which will have benefits across all digital gameplay.
